You need to import Morovia Font Tools module into your spreadsheet. To do this, open your spreadsheet, and select Tools=>Macro=>Visual Basic Editor.

In Visual Basic Editor, select File => Import. Navigate to folder [Program Files]Common Files\Morovia\MoroviaFontTools and select MoroviaFontTools.bas. Dismiss the dialog.

Close the Visual Basic Editor. Now the function is available to use.
