The licensing varies by the product nature.

For Fontware products, the license agreement is listed at http://www.morovia.com/font/license.asp

PCL Barcodes & More Package (licensed on printer basis) http://www.morovia.com/font/pcl-barcodes-more.asp

Component products: http://www.morovia.com/activex/license.asp
