When we decode a barcode with scanner, such as AS series, how will the input look like in notepad/text editing software? I need to know how the input value of a barcode is shown in notepad. An example would be very helpful.

Thanks

Most of scanners give you the data encoded, in text format.

You can also configure the scanners to get start, stop and checksum characters. Some scanner can output AIM Symbology Id so you know the barcode format.
