PDF417 - specification detail
Hello,
I need a piece of comment about PDF417 specification. Suppose I am in Text Alpha mode and I see the following succession of symbols:
29 913 0 0
so i have to interpret that succession in this way:
<text "A"> <shift to punctuation mode> <shift to byte mode> <byte "0"> ...
then the first symbol after we returned from byte mode is 0. But did we returned from the shift to punctuation? Should we interpret the first part of the fourth symbol as a punctuation (":"), or as an alpha mode ("A") ? So is thу following ":A" or "AA"?

hey
I tried to place binary data into a tStPDF417Barcode component. After
setting the code property I get a range check error.
I know the PDF417 barcode specifies a binary data type.
Is the component unable to handle binary data?
If not, Are there specification that someone can post that will enable me to
finish the component?
thanks

Well if tStPDF417Barcode does not work for, try Morovia Barcode ActiveX which includes PDF417 support.
The information above is provided "AS IS", with no warranties, and confers no rights.
