PDF417 Encoder (GUI)

We cannot scan the barcodes generated by the PDF417 Encoder GUI. We are using an HHP Dolphin 9500 to scan (optical reader). It does recognize "image" created PDF417 barcodes.

That is what I first heard. Do you print from PDF417 Encoder directly? Which version did yo use? And what is the data that cannot be scanned? If you can give me more information we can reproduce it in developer's machine.

I am printing directly from the Encoder GUI. The version is 3.5. No text will scan.

Do not quite understand. I just tested encoding with the default text, the scanner instantly recognized. Make sure that your scanner is capable of reading PDF417 barcode?
