Morovia Code128 - vertical to horizontal dimensions
Hi,
We have purchased Morovia Code128 Fontware a year back and using it without any problem till date, but we have recently received a problem from our client where they couldn't scan the barcode, please find below the problem reported by the client.
The labels from site could not print unless it was a "simple old scanner" or when applied to the back of the 'card' so that there is no other printing around to 'distract' the reader, it works fine. This seems inconsistent to me.
During our conversation with client, we have been requested to send them the vertical to horizontal dimensions of the barcode and I guess this is Wide-to-Narrow Ratio of the barcode. We are not sure how to identify the ratio, please help us in this regard. We are printing barcode on HTML pages using MRV Code128cMA font, UCC/EAN-128 bar-code symbology. All we want to know is to find out the vertical to horizontal dimensions of the barcode.
Looking forward from you.

We replied to your email.
We need to know the printing technology your client used, and the resolution of the printer. Many scanning issues are caused by barcode size inaccurately rendered by the printer.
