Looking to achieve LVS Grade A Quality Barcodes

I am currently using a couple macros in excell to do code conversions for 128, UPC UPC A and other 2d formats and then using
ID Automation (TT) fonts. I am sending to a high end HP Digital press. We keep getting grades of C. I have to have printed grade
A using the LVS scanner.
I know i need to use postscript fonts. Does anyone have any software suggestions I can try mixed with a
postscript font that will work? Oh, I can't use images either.

Have you tried Morovia barcode fonts?
