Formula Workshop- Format Formula Editor

How can i hard code either in vb, vfp, c , java or any language the reports field format formula editor for decimals and rounding? I only know how to access on report's field format formula editor for font color which is .ReportObjects(index).ConditionFormula("fontcolor"), but how about for decimals and rounding.. please help ....
