Data Matrix 2D Barcode Font

We currently use a third-party software to generate our barcode labels. However, our provider does not offer the Data Matrix 2D barcode font. We are looking for an un-encoded font to generate Data Matrix barcodes from this third party software. Our Source data will be coming from our ERP (JDEdwards) software running an Oracle DB and the labels will be printing globally on Thermal printers (Toshiba Electric (TEC), Intermec, and Zebra) though a print server. Is this possible????

It is not possible to create a datamatrix barcode with applying a font directly on the string encoded. Such a solution does not exist at all. You need to call an encoder to convert the string encoded to barcode string first, then apply the font on the barcode string.

You might want to examine the process to find out if you can insert a column into the data set before sending to the printing program.
