Crystal Enterprise 10 installation

Hi,

I try to install Crystal Enterprise 10. After the installation I open the"Crystal Enterprise Admin Launchpad ", then click the "Crystal Management Console" and the page show "The page cannot be displayed" and the URL is

http://CRA6719/crystal/enterprise10/adm ... efault.htm

and

http://CRA6719/crystal/enterprise10/adm ... efault.htm

there must be something wrong during the installation.

Please help me out. Thanks

I have same problem, but when i click "Crystal Management Console", serevr return "Error 500: Failed to load target servlet [wccontroller]"

steveL can you help me with that problem?
