Support Policy

All software products purchased from us include a free telephone/email support plan for up to 180 days. We provide unlimited support from our support forum, located at http://forum.morovia.com. You may consider purchasing our Extended Update and Support Service (EUSS) if you plan to receive software updates and technical support beyond 180 days. To ask a support question, call us at (416) 492-4437 or email us at support@morovia.com.  For contact information, visit this page.

Please note that we only support our products, anything beyond that is out of the support scope. If you need system integration or programming services, please contact our consulting department at consulting@morovia.com. Currently We only provide consulting/programming service to companies located in Great Toronto Area.
